In order to investigating the effects of planting date and harvest time on the quality performance of pear millet, an experiment was conducted in agriculture research station of Gorgan in a randomized complete block design with four replications and factorial arrangement. This experiment included five planting dates (may 5th, may 25th, june 14th ,july 4th, july 24th) and three harvest times (90, 110 and 150 cm).
