The co-application of organic and chemical fertilizers could potentially increase both plant growth and crop yield by improving the soil quality properties and enhancing the uptake of plant nutrients. In this approach, a proportion of needed plant nutrients is supplied by the chemical fertilizers and the rest is provided by organic fertilizers. Meanwhile, in this study the co-application of the organic i.e leonardite, vermicompost and black soils and their extracted humic acid and the inorganic fertilizers were studied. The main objective of this study was to investigate the effect of co-application of some organic amendments and chemical fertilizer on yield, yield components and concentration of some nutrients in green pepper.Materials and methods: To investigate the effect of co-application of some organic amendments on the yield and yield components of green pepper, a split-plot design over randomized completely design in three replications at pot-experiment level was conducted in 2019 growing season. In this experiment, the main factors include three types of organic amendments (leonardite, vermicompost and black soil) and sub-factors were 14 levels including (control, chemical fertilizer treatment (NPK) according to soil test, leonardite in three levels (2.6, 5.2 and 7.8 ton ha-1), extracted humic acid from leonardite in three levels (2.6, 5.2 and 7.8 kg ha-1), leonardite at the level of 2.6 (ton ha-1) with 75 % of needed chemical fertilizer (NPK), leonardite at the level 5.2 (ton ha-1) with 50 % of needed chemical fertilizer, leonardite at the level of 7.8 (ton ha-1) with 25 % of needed chemical fertilizer, extracted humic acid from leonardite at the level of 2.6 (kg ha-1) with 75 % of needed chemical fertilizer, humic acid extracted of leonardite at the level of 5.2 (kg ha-1) with 50 % of needed chemical fertilizer and the humic acid extracted of leonardite at the level of 7.8 (kg ha-1) with 25 % of needed chemical fertilizer were considered. Furthermore, all sub-surfaces for vermicompost and black soil treatments were similar to those for leonardite treatment.Results and Discussions: The results indicated that co-application of organic amendments and chemical fertilizers and its interaction effect had significant effects on yield, yield components and concentration of nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium of green pepper fruit. Application of extracted humic acid from leonardite (2.6 kg ha-1) with 75 % of NPK was able to increase yield of pepper, plant height, leaf area and total leaf chlorophyll 6, 1.7, 2.3 and 2.7 time compared to the control. Also, the highest amount of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium of green pepper fruit increased by 7, 2.8 and 2.9 times in the above treatments compared to the control, respectively.Conclusion: The co-application of organic fertilizers and/or extracted humic acid with chemical fertilizer increase the concentration of high elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in green pepper fruit as well as vegetative traits such as plant dry weight, plant height, chlorophyll content and leaf area in green pepper. In fact, leonardite and extracted humic acid due to the increased root uptake and the chelating ability of the element, will make these elements more available to the plant. In general, the combined application of humic acid and chemical fertilizers (NPK) due to the richness of nutrients required for plant growth of green pepper compared to the control treatment.}, keywords = {Nutrient elements,Sustainable agriculture,Organic fertilizer,Chemical Fertilizer,Humic acid}, title_fa = {تأثیر کاربرد لئوناردیت، ورمی کمپوست و خاک آب‌بندان بر عملکرد، اجزای عملکرد و غلظت برخی عناصر غذایی در فلفل سبز (Capsicum Anuumm L. )}, abstract_fa = {چکیدهسابقه و هدف: امروزه در سیستم ‌کشاورزی پایدار، به منظور افزایش کمی و کیفی تولید در گیاهان از کودهای ‌آلی در کنار کودهای شیمیایی استفاده می‌شود. کاربرد تلفیقی کودهای‌ آلی و شیمیایی می-تواند با بهبود ویژگی‌های کیفی خاک و جذب بیشتر عناصر غذایی باعث افزایش رشد و عملکرد گیاه ‌شود. در این نوع رویکرد از مدیریت زراعی، درصدی از نیاز گیاه به عناصر غذایی به‌وسیله کودهای‌ شیمیایی و مابقی از طریق کودهای آلی تأمین می‌شود. بدین منظور در این مطالعه از اصلاح کننده‌های آلی نظیر لئوناردیت، ورمی‌کمپوست، خاک‌ آب‌بندان و همچنین هیومیک اسید استخراج‌ شده از آن‌ها به روش تلفیقی با کاربرد کود شیمیایی استفاده گردید. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی تأثیر کاربرد برخی اصلاح‌ کننده‌های آلی و هیومیک اسید استخراجی از آن‌ها بر عملکرد، اجزای عملکرد و غلظت برخی عناصر غذایی در فلفل سبز است. مواد و روش: به منظور بررسی تأثیر کاربرد اصلاح‌ کننده‌های آلی و هیومیک اسیدهای استخراج شده از آن‌ها بر میزان ‌عملکرد، اجزای -عملکرد و غلظت برخی عناصر‌ غذایی در فلفل ‌سبز، آزمایشی گلدانی به صورت اسپلیت‌ پلات در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در سه تکرار در فصل -زراعی سال 1398 انجام ‌شد. در این آزمایش فاکتورهای ‌اصلی شامل سه نوع اصلاح ‌کننده ‌آلی (لئوناردیت، ورمی‌کمپوست و خاک‌آببندان) و فاکتورهای‌ فرعی در 14 سطح شامل شاهد، تیمار کود ‌شیمیایی NPK طبق آزمون ‌خاک، لئوناردیت در سه سطح (6/2، 2/5 و 8/7 تن ‌در ‌هکتار)، هیومیک اسید استخراج‌ شده از ‌لئوناردیت در سه سطح (6/2، 2/5 و 8/7 کیلوگرم ‌در ‌هکتار)، 6/2 تن لئوناردیت ‌در ‌هکتار به ‌همراه 75 درصد NPK ، 2/5 تن لئوناردیت ‌در ‌هکتار به ‌همراه 50 درصد NPK و 8/7 تن‌ لئوناردیت در‌ هکتار به‌ همراه 25 درصد NPK، 6/2 کیلوگرم‌ هیومیک اسید استخراج‌ شده از لئوناردیت ‌در ‌هکتار به ‌همراه 75 درصد NPK، 2/5 کیلوگرم هیومیک اسید استخراج‌ شده از لئوناردیت ‌‌در ‌هکتار به -همراه 50 درصد NPK و 8/7 کیلوگرم هیومیک اسید استخراج‌ شده از لئوناردیت‌ در‌ هکتار به ‌همراه 25 درصد NPK) در‌نظر گرفته ‌شدند. همچنین تمامی فاکتورهای فرعی برای تیمار ورمی‌کمپوست و خاک -آببندان نیز مشابه لئوناردیت بودند.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد کاربرد اصلاح ‌کننده‌های‌ آلی، تیمارهای اصلاح‌ کننده‌ آلی به همراه کود ‌شیمیایی و برهمکنش اصلاح ‌کننده‌های -آلی و تیمارهای کود ‌شیمیایی اثر معنی‌داری بر میزان عملکرد، اجزای عملکرد و غلظت نیتروژن، فسفر و پتاسیم میوه فلفل سبز داشت. کاربرد هیومیک اسید حاصل از ‌لئوناردیت به میزان 6/2 کیلوگرم ‌در ‌هکتار به ‌همراه 75‌ درصد NPK توانست میزان عملکرد‌ فلفل، ارتفاع -بوته، سطح ‌برگ و کلروفیل‌ کل برگ را به ترتیب 6 ، 7/1 ، 3/2 و 7/2 برابر نسبت به شاهد افزایش دهد. همچنین، میزان نیتروژن، فسفر و پتاسیم میوه فلفل سبز در این تیمار نسبت به شاهد به ترتیب 7، 8/2 و 9/2 برابر، افزایش داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: کاربرد کودهای ‌آلی و هیومیک اسید استخراج‌ شده از آن-ها موجب افزایش غلظت عناصر پرمصرف مانند نیتروژن، فسفر و پتاسیم در میوه فلفل سبز و همچنین ارتقای صفات رویشی از قبیل وزن خشک گیاه، ارتفاع بوته، مقدار کلروفیل و سطح‌ برگ در فلفل سبز شد. در واقع لئوناردیت و هیومیک اسید استخراج شده از آن، به دلیل افزایش سطح جذب ریشه، بهبود شرایط تهویه و رطوبت خاک و قابلیت کلات‌کنندگی ‌عناصر غذایی، باعث افزایش دسترس‌پذیری این عناصر برای گیاه و بهبود رشد شدند. به‌طور کلی کاربرد تلفیقی هیومیک اسید استخراجی از کودهای‌ آلی و شیمیایی (NPK) به دلیل غنی بودن از عناصرغذایی مورد نیاز و بهبود خصوصیات کیفی خاک برای رشد ریشه، سبب افزایش معنی‌دار عملکرد و و اجزای عملکرد گیاه نسبت به تیمار شاهد شدند.}, keywords_fa = {عناصر مغذی,کشاورزی پایدار,کود آلی,کود شیمیایی,هیومیک اسید}, url = {https://ejcp.gau.ac.ir/article_6364.html}, eprint = {https://ejcp.gau.ac.ir/article_6364_486b0f92d5d5fa65ad6def0dc1208e10.pdf} }
