تأثیر انواع کودهای نیتروژندار بر کلزا (Brassica napus L.) در شرایط کاربرد مواد کمک دهنده
سابقه و هدف نیتروژن یکی از عوامل محدودکنندهی تولید گیاهان زراعی در دنیا میباشد. از طرفی هدر رفت درصد زیادی از کود مصرفی به صورت آبشویی و تبخیر، نیاز به موادی جهت کمک به تأثیر بهتر کودهای نیتروژنه را بیشتر روشن میسازد. تحقیقات اثبات کردهاند منابع مختلف نیتروژن در کارایی آن تأثیر معنیداری دارند. تأثیر زئولیت در جذب آمونیوم توسط محققین گزارش شده است. کاربرد سوپر جاذب می تواند سطح ریشه و وزن خشک را 27 درصد نسبت به شاهد افزایش دهد. در تحقیق حاضر، زئولیت، پلیمر سوپر جاذب، خاک رس به عنوان موادی کارا در جهت کاهش آبشویی و کپسولهای ژلاتینی به عنوان مانعی جهت کاهش تبخیر و تا حدی آبشویی کودهای نیتروژن-دار اوره، نیترات پتاسیم و سولفات آمونیم مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. مواد و روشها به جهت بهبود تأثیر کودهای شیمیایی نیتروژندار بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد کلزا، آزمایشی بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در گلخانهی تحقیقاتی دانشکدهی کشاورزی دانشگاه تربیت مدرس به صورت گلدانی اجرا شد. فاکتورها شامل مواد کمکدهنده در شش سطح {شاهد، کپسولهای ژلاتینی 8 و 4 میلیلیتری، زئولیت (8 تن در هکتار)، پلیمر سوپر جاذب (100 کیلوگرم بر هکتار) و خاک رس (به میزانی که جهت رسیدن به سطح رس خاک به 25 درصد لازم بود)} و کودهای نیتروژنه در چهار سطح (بدون کاربرد کود، اوره، نیترات پتاسیم و سولفات آمونیوم) بودند. میزان هریک از کودهای شیمایی بر مبنی رساندن 40 کیلوگرم در هکتار نیتروژن خالص برای تمامی گلدان محاسبه و در دو مرحله تقسیط شد. تمامی تیمارها بهصورت خاک کاربرد مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. یافتهها در آزمایش حاضر بین سطوح مختلف کود در شرایط عدم استفاده از مواد کمکی، اختلاف معنیداری در تعداد دانه در بوته وجود نداشت. نتایج نشان داد کاربرد کپسول ژلاتینی و اوره و کاربرد خاک رس و عدم استفاده از کود، با اختلاف 6/1 گرم بیشترین و کمترین عملکرد را دارا میباشند. کاربرد کپسول ژلاتینی و خاک رس در شرایط کود اوره با اختلاف 8/8 درصد بیشترین و کمترین درصد روغن را نشان دادند. کاربرد زئولیت و خاک رس با اختلاف 211/0 و کاربرد اوره و نیترات پتاسیم با اختلاف 17/0 گرم بیشترین و کمترین عملکرد روغن را نشان داد. همچنین مشخص شد کودپاشی اوره در شرایط زئولیت و خاک رس توانست مقادیر شاخص سبزینگی را نسبت بهشاهد افزایش دهد. نتیجه گیری با توجه به نتایج آزمایش حاضر مشخص شد که استفاده از این مواد بهویژه کپسولها ژلاتینی، میتواند به افزایش تأثیر کودهای نیتروژنه کمک شایانی کرده و عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد به ویژه عملکرد روغن کلزا را بهبود بخشد. همچنین در آزمایش حاضر مشخص شد چه در شرایط استفاده از مواد کمکدهنده و چه در شرایط عدم استفاده از این مواد کود اوره در جهت برطرف کردن نیاز گیاه به نیتروژن موفقتر بود.

بررسی ارتباط صفات موثر بر ساقه روی و عملکرد ریشه در لاین های چغندرقند در کشت پاییزه
چکیده سابقه و هدف: با توجه به گرم شدن تدریجی کره زمین، در آینده پیش بینی میشود که کشت پاییزه چغندره جایگزین کشت بهاره شود اما کشت پاییزه چغندرقند در بسیاری از مناطق با خطر ساقهروی و گلدهی مواجه میباشد. اصلاح ارقام مقاوم به ساقه روی(بولتینگ) برای کشت پاییزه چغندرقند یکی از اهداف مهم بهنژادگران است. وجود بیش از حد ساقههای گلدهنده موجب پایین آمدن درصد قند، عملکرد ریشه و خلوص شربت خام میشود. مواد و روشها: به منظور تعیین مهمترین صفات موثر بر ساقهروی و عملکرد ریشه در ژنوتیپهای چغندرقند (درصد ساقه روی، درصد ساکارز، درصد نشت، درصد سبز شدن، وضعیت رشد، یکنواختی رشد، درصد تحمل به سرما، مساحت برگ، سطح ویژه برگ، ارتفاع ساقه گل دهنده، وزن کل ریشه، درصد وزن خشک، طول ریشه، قطر ریشه)، تعداد 47 لاین اصلاحی نیمهخواهری و 3 ژنوتیپ شاهد در طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی طرق مشهد، مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی خراسان رضوی در سال زراعی 93-92 مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. یافتهها: نتایج تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که اثر ژنوتیپ بر درصدساقه روی، درصد قند، وضعیت رشد، درصد تحمل به سرما، مساحت برگ، ارتفاع ساقهگلدهنده، وزن کل ریشه، طول و قطر ریشه در سطح 1 درصد معنیدار بود. نتایج همبستگی نشان داد که بالاترین همبستگی مثبت بین وزن کل ریشه و قطر ریشه (784/0) و بالاترین همبستگی منفی بین درصد ساقه روی و مساحت برگ (537/0-) وجود دارد. در تجزیه رگرسیون گام به گام مشخص شد که چهار صفت قطر ریشه، درصد مقاومت به سرما، وضعیت رشد و ارتفاع ساقه گلدهنده به طور معنیداری تغییرات عملکرد ریشه را توجیه میکنند. همچنین صفات مهم تعیین کننده ساقهروی، ارتفاع ساقه گلدهنده و مساحت برگ بودند که مساحت برگ اثر منفی بر ساقهروی داشت و صفات تعیین کننده درصد ساکارز، وزن خشک ریشه، ارتفاع ساقه-گلدهنده و وزن کل ریشه بودند که ارتفاع ساقه گلدهنده اثر منفی بر درصد ساکارز داشت. در تجزیه به عاملها به روش مولفههای اصلی، کل صفات مورد مطالعه را به چهار عامل، عملکرد ریشه، ساقهروی، خصوصیات قندی و جوانهزنی تقسیم نمود که 88/70 درصد از تغییرات کل واریانس دادهها را توجیه مینماید. نتیجه گیری: اصلاح ارقام مقاوم به بولتینگ برای کشت پاییزه چغندرقند یکی ازاهداف مهم به نژادگران است. در کل با توجه به نتایج و ماهیت صفات می توان در تحقیقات آینده برای مقاومت به بولتینگ صفات جوانه زنی، بولتینگ، عملکرد کل و ساکارز برای بهتر شدن مطالعات بعدی بیشتر مورد توجه قرار داد. همچنین از صفات فیزیولوژیکی مقاومت به سرما نیز بهره برد. واژههای کلیدی: چغندرقند، ساقهروی، تجزیه به عاملها، رگرسیون گام به گام، همبستگی

ارزیابی توانایی رقابت چهار رقم گندم (.Triticum aestivum L) با علفهرز بروموس ژاپنی (Bromus japonicus L.) با استفاده از مدلهای تجربی
سابقه و هدف مدیریت علفهای هرز یکی از روشهای مؤثر برای حفظ توان تولید است. تراکم علفهرز یک عامل کمّی مؤثر در رقابت با گیاه زراعی محسوب میشود. امروزه در مدیریت جوامع علفهای هرز، بهجای حذف کامل علفهای هرز از مزرعه تلاش در جهت شناخت و ارزیابی کمّی، رفتار و اثرات علفهای هرز در بومنظامهای زراعی است. این امر مستلزم شناخت ویژگیهای گیاهان زراعی-علفهای هرز در طول فصل رشد و اثرمتقابل آنها و کمّی نمودن رقابت میباشد. تاکنون مدلهای تجربی مختلفی برای بیان رابطه بین افت عملکرد محصول در حضور علفهای هرز پیشنهاد شده است. این مدلها میتوانند برای درک مفاهیمی همچون شدت رقابت و آستانههای کنترل علفهای هرز، مورد استفاده قرار گیرند. از اینرو پژوهش حاضر در راستای ارزیابی رقابت تراکمهای مختلف علفهرز بروموس ژاپنی و چهار رقم گندم (هامون، هیرمند، بولانی و کلک افغانی) و پیشبینی کاهش عملکرد با استفاده از مدلهای تجربی و مقایسه کارایی آنها انجام شد. مواد و روشها این پژوهش بهصورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با 4 تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه زابل (چاه نیمه) در سال زراعی 93-1394 انجام شد. در این آزمایش ارقام مختلف گندم (هامون، هیرمند، بولانی و کلک افغانی) با تراکم ثابت 400 بوته در مترمربع و همزمان با کشت گندم، بذرهای علفهرز بروموس ژاپنی با تراکمهای 0، 100، 150، 200، 250 و 300 بوته در مترمربع در فواصل بین ردیفهای گندم کشت شدند. در پایان فصل رشد، برداشت نهایی از نیمه پایینی هر کرت با رعایت اثر حاشیه و در مساحت یک مترمربع انجام شد. برای تخمین کاهش عملکرد دانه ارقام گندم در سطوح مختلف تراکم علفهرز، از مدل کاهش عملکرد-تراکم، مدلهای یک و دو پارامتره سطح برگ و وزن خشک نسبی علفهرز استفاده گردید. برای تجزیه واریانس داده-ها و برآورد پارامترهای مدل از نرمافزارهای آماری SAS و Sigmaplot و برای رسم نمودارها از نرمافزار Excel استفاده شد. یافتهها نتایج مربوط به برازش دادهها به مدل کاهش عملکرد-تراکم نشان داد که افت عملکرد بیولوژیک در بین ارقام گندم کمتر از عملکرد دانه بود، این امر نشاندهنده حساسیت بیشتر عملکرد دانه به رقابت در مقایسه با عملکرد بیولوژیک میباشد. ضرایب خسارت نسبی بهدست آمده در مدلهای یک و دو پارامتری سطح برگ نسبی و وزن خشک نسبی علفهرز نشاندهنده قدرت رقابتی بالاتر علفهرز بروموس ژاپنی نسبت به ارقام گندم بود. مقایسه مدلهای مختلف تجربی افت عملکرد نشان داد که مدلهای سطح برگ نسبی و وزن خشک نسبی علفهرز بهدلیل داشتن کمترین مجذور میانگین مربعات خطا دارای بیشترین کارایی در پیشبینی کاهش عملکرد گندم میباشند. نتیجهگیری بهطور کلی نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد که علفهرز بروموس ژاپنی یک رقیب قوی نسبت به ارقام گندم محسوب میشود. همچنین افزایش تراکم علفهرز سبب کاهش غیرخطی عملکرد دانه و عملکرد بیولوژیک در ارقام گندم مورد بررسی گردید. ارقام گندم از نظر حساسیت به تداخل علفهرز با هم متفاوت بودند. مقایسه کارآیی مدلهای مورد بررسی حاکی از برتری مدلهای سطح برگ نسبی و وزن خشک نسبی علفهرز نسبت به مدل کاهش عملکرد-تراکم بود. در نتیجه از این مدلها میتوان به عنوان معیار مناسبی جهت پیشبینی کاهش عملکرد گندم در شرایط تداخل با علفهرز بروموس ژاپنی استفاده نمود.

برآورد اقتصادی تاثیر کود پتاسیم و زئولیت کلینوپتیلولیت برای تولید گندم
مقدمه: نظر به اهمیت و نقش گندم در تغذیه جمعیت در حال رشد، نیل به خودکفایی در تولید آن یکی از اهداف استراتژیک دولت به شمار میآید و به همین دلیل نیز در سالهای گذشته بیشترین سطح زیرکشت را در بین محصولات زراعی کشور به خود اختصاص داده است (5). لیکن وجود نارسائیهای مختلف از جمله بهکارگیری غیر اصولی عوامل تولید نظیر میزان آب مصرفی، سطح زیر کشت، کود، سم و بذر باعث شده است که گندمکاران بطور متوسط کارایی مناسبی نداشته باشند. برای افزایش عملکرد تولید و درآمد کشاورزان از طریق بهکارگیری صحیح و مطلوب عوامل تولید موجود، مناسبترین راه حل، بهبود کارایی مزارع و بهرهوری عوامل تولید است. بی-توجهی به مصرف صحیح نهادههای محدود از سوی گندمکاران و پایین بودن بهرهوری آنها، توسعه کمی و کیفی این محصول را با مشکل مواجه کرده است(2). مواد و روشها: به منظور برآورد اقتصادی تاثیر زئولیت در افزایش عملکرد گندم پژوهشی در قالب تجزیه مرکب بر پایه دو طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی که هر کدام شامل 5 تیمار و 4 تکرار بود و در اراضی زراعی دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی گرگان اجرا گردید. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل کودهای اوره، سولفات پتاسیم و دیآمونیوم فسفات به صورت الف- 0، 0، 0، ب- 200، 0، 250، ج- 200، 100، 250، د- 200، 200، 250، کیلوگرم در هکتار و ه- یک تیمار کودی اوره مخلوط با یک بازدارنده دنیتریفیکاسیون (DCD) + سولفات پتاسیم + دی آمونیوم فسفات بهصورت 200، 15، 200، 250 کیلوگرم در هکتار بود. یک طرح شامل زئولیت (زئولیت به میزان 20 تن در هکتار) و تیمارهای کودی ذکر شده و طرح دیگر فقط شامل تیمارهای کودی بود. عملکرد و اجزاء عملکرد، نیتروژن، فسفر، پتاسیم، کلسیم و منیزیم دانه و کاه در زمان برداشت اندازهگیری شدند. همین عناصر در خاک در مرحله قبل از خوشهدهی نیز اندازهگیری شد. نتایج: توابع زیست اقتصادی نشان میدهد که مقدار آمونیوم، نیترات، پتاسیم، کلسیم و منیزیم خاک باعث افزایش و فسفر خاک باعث کاهش عملکرد دانه و کاه شدند. با مصرف کودهای پتاسیمی کارایی مصرف کود نیتروژن افزایش و تلفات آن کاهش یافت و با مصرف زئولیت کارایی مصرف کودهای نیتروژن و پتاسیم افزایش و تلفات آنها کاهش یافت. زئولیت و همچنین کودهای شیمیایی مصرفی موجب افزایش تولید دانه، تولید کاه، درآمد دانه، درآمد کاه، مجموع درآمد دانه و کاه، هزینه کود و زئولیت، درآمد خالص و اضافه درآمد نسبت به شاهد برای سال اول تا سوم گردید. نتیجهگیری: مصرف 200 کیلوگرم بر هکتار سولفات پتاسیم به همراه زئولیت از نظر اقتصادی مقرون به صرفه بوده و موجب افزایش درآمد دانه و کاه، درآمد خالص و اضافه درآمد نسبت به شاهد برای سال اول تا سوم گردید. با توجه به دوام زئولیت در خاک برای مدت طولانی، بهرهوری اقتصادی مصرف زئولیت با گذشت زمان طی سالهای متمادی افزایش مییابد. کاربرد زئولیت یک سرمایهگذاری طولانی مدت محسوب میشود و حتی مصرف آن در سال اول هم مقرون بهصرفه است. هزینه مصرف زئولیت با گذشت زمان و طی سالهای متمادی بیشتر مستهلک میشود (مثلا دوره های 20 ساله یا بیشتر) و صرفه اقتصادی کاربرد آن با افزایش سنوات افزایش مییابد. اگرچه کاربرد 200 کیلوگرم بر هکتار سولفات پتاسیم و دی سیانو دی آمید هم موجب افزایش تولید دانه و کاه گردید، اما قیمت بالای دی سیانو دی آمید موجب درآمد خالص کمتر و منفی شدن اضافه درآمد نسبت به شاهد گردید.

بررسی تأثیر کاربرد میکوریزا و پلیمر سوپر جاذب بر خصوصیات مورفولوژیک ریشه و عملکرد نخود (Cicer arietinum L.) در شرایط دیم
سابقه و هدف: گنجاندن بقولات در تناوب و کاهش مصرف کود شیمیایی مورد توجه محققان و کارشناسان است. چون میتواند نقش مهمی در باروری و حفظ فعالیتهای بیولوژیک خاک، افزایش کیفیت محصولات کشاورزی و سلامت اکوسیستم داشته باشد. اهمیت استفاده از پلیمر سوپر جاذب و قارچ میکوریزا در کشت دیم به این دلیل است که سبب بهبود حفظ آب و تأمین عناصر برای گیاه میشوند. مواد و روشها: آزمایش بهصورت اسپلیت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در روستای زالی شهرستان دلفان استان لرستان اجرا شد. عوامل مورد بررسی شامل رقم (’آرمان‘ و ’آزاد‘ بهعنوان فاکتور اصلی، کاربرد پلیمر سوپر جاذب (صفر (شاهد)، 100و 200 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و مصرف میکوریزا (صفر (شاهد) و 200 کیلوگرم در هکتار) بهعنوان فاکتور فرعی بودند. یافتهها: ارقام از نظر صفات مورد بررسی تفاوت معنیداری باهم نداشتند. مصرف 200 کیلوگرم در هکتار پلیمر سوپرجاذب در مقایسه با شاهد سبب افزایش عملکرد بیولوژیک (9/5%)، عملکرد دانه (4/9 %)، طول ریشه (5/18%)، تعداد گره ریشه (7/19%) و حجم ریشه (9/21%) شد. نتایج نشان داد میکوریزا نیز عملکرد بیولوژیک (7/4 %)، عملکرد دانه (4%)، طول ریشه (8/12%)، وزن خشک ریشه (3/8 %) و حجم ریشه (7/11%) را افزایش داد. اثر متقابل سوپر جاذب و میکوریزا بر عملکرد بیولوژیک و دانه، طول ریشه و تعداد گرههای ریشه معنیدار شد. نتیجهگیری: کاربرد پلیمر سوپر جاذب و میکوریزا هر یک به تنهایی سبب بهبود صفات ریشه و عملکرد دانه شد اما کاربرد همزمان این دو عامل اثر بیشتری بر عملکرد و صفات مورد بررسی داشت. با توجه به کمبود منابع آب در کشور، کاربرد همزمان میکوریزا و پلیمر سوپر جاذب در شرایط کشت دیم نخود میتواند علاوه بر بهبود عملکرد، بستر را برای دستیابی به کشاورزی ارگانیک و پایداری سیستمهای کشاورزی و سلامت بیشتر محیط زیست مهیا سازد. یافتهها: ارقام از نظر صفات مورد بررسی تفاوت معنیداری باهم نداشتند. مصرف 200 کیلوگرم در هکتار پلیمر سوپرجاذب در مقایسه با شاهد سبب افزایش عملکرد بیولوژیک (9/5%)، عملکرد دانه (4/9 %)، طول ریشه (5/18%)، تعداد گره ریشه (7/19%) و حجم ریشه (9/21%) شد. نتایج نشان داد میکوریزا نیز عملکرد بیولوژیک (7/4 %)، عملکرد دانه (4%)، طول ریشه (8/12%)، وزن خشک ریشه (3/8 %) و حجم ریشه (7/11%) را افزایش داد. اثر متقابل سوپر جاذب و میکوریزا بر عملکرد بیولوژیک و دانه، طول ریشه و تعداد گرههای ریشه معنیدار شد. نتیجهگیری: کاربرد پلیمر سوپر جاذب و میکوریزا هر یک به تنهایی سبب بهبود صفات ریشه و عملکرد دانه شد اما کاربرد همزمان این دو عامل اثر بیشتری بر عملکرد و صفات مورد بررسی داشت. با توجه به کمبود منابع آب در کشور، کاربرد همزمان میکوریزا و پلیمر سوپر جاذب در شرایط کشت دیم نخود میتواند علاوه بر بهبود عملکرد، بستر را برای دستیابی به کشاورزی ارگانیک و پایداری سیستمهای کشاورزی و سلامت بیشتر محیط زیست مهیا سازد.

اثر تاریخ و تراکم کاشت بر برخی صفات زراعی و میزان دیآلیلدیسولفید اکسید گیاه دارویی سیر
چکیده سابقه و هدف: سیر یکی از محصولات مهم زراعی و صادراتی استان همدان بهشمار میآید. سهم این استان از کل تولید سیر کشور حدود 62 درصد است. همچنین در حدود 2000 هکتار از کل سطح زیر کشت این محصول به این منطقه اختصاص دارد. مزیت نسبی و سطح زیر کشت بالای این محصول باعث شده که این گیاه دارویی جایگاه خاصی در کشاورزی این منطقه داشته باشد. از جمله مهمترین عوامل مدیریت زراعیِ مؤثر بر عملکرد و دیگر خصوصیات زراعی، تاریخ کاشت و تراکم بوته میباشد. با توجه به اهمیت کشت سیر در استان همدان این پژوهش بهمنظور تعیین مناسبترین تاریخ و تراکم کاشت سیر سفید همدان صورت پذیرفت. مواد و روشها: بهمنظور بررسی تأثیر تاریخ و تراکم کاشت بر برخی صفات زراعی گیاه دارویی سیر و میزان دیآلیل دیسولفید-اکسید، آزمایشی در سال زراعی 92 - 91 در مزرعهای زراعی واقع در فاصله ده کیلومتریِ غرب شهر همدان انجام گرفت. در این تحقیق از گیاه دارویی سیر(Allium sativum l.) استفاده گردید و تیمارهای مورد بررسی شامل تاریخ و تراکمهای مختلف کاشت بودند. آزمایش در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی به صورت کرتهای یکبار خرد شده و در چهار تکرار به اجرا در آمد. عامل اصلی زمان کاشت، در سه سطح 15مهر، 30 مهر و 15 آبان، و عامل فرعی تراکم کاشت نیز در سه سطح 40000، 80000 و 120000 بوته در هکتار گزینش شدند. صفات زراعی مورد بررسی شامل: قطر پیاز، وزن سیرچه، طول سیرچه، قطر سیرچه و میزان دیآلیل دیسولفیداکسید (آلیسین) بودند و سیرچههای مورد نظر از مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی استان همدان تهیه شدند. میانگین وزن سیرچههای مورد استفاده در هر واحد آزمایشی با توجه به تراکمِ در نظر گرفته شده به ترتیب حدوداً 880 گرم، 2/1 و 6/1 کیلوگرم بود و مقدار دیآلیل دیسولفید اکسید (آلیسین) نیز با استفاده از دستگاه کروماتوگراف گازی (GC) اندازه گیری شد. یافتهها: نتایج این آزمایش نشان داد که تاریخ و تراکم کاشت بر قطر پیاز، وزن، طول و قطر سیرچه و مقدار آلیسین، در سطح یک درصد تأثیر معنی داری داشته و اثرهای متقابل تاریخ و تراکم کاشت، تأثیر معنیداری بر میزان آلیسین نشان داد. با توجه به نتایج، بالاترین مقدار قطر پیاز و طول سیرچه از تیمار تاریخ کاشت 15 مهر و تراکم 120000 بوته در هکتار حاصل شد و بالاترین مقدار وزن سیرچه و قطر سیرچه از تیمار تاریخ کاشت 15 مهر و تراکم 40000 بوته در هکتار بدست آمد. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که بالاترین درصد دی آلیل دی سولفید اکسید معادل (46/1 درصد) از تیمار تاریخ کاشت 15 آبان و تراکم 40000 بوته در هکتار حاصل شد. نتیجه گیری: با توجه بهیافتههای فوق و با در نظر گرفتن اهمیت تاریخ کاشت و تراکم بوته در زراعت محصول سیر در منطقه سردسیر همدان، و نیز با توجه به اهمیت ترکیبات شیمیایی سیر و به خصوص ماده مؤثره، با تأخیر در کاشت و کاهش تراکم بوته، بیشترین مقدار ماده مؤثره دیآلیلدیسولفیداکسید حاصل شد به نحوی که در این آزمایش، تاریخ کاشت 15 آبان و تراکم 40000 بوته در هکتار مناسبترین تیمارها جهت دستیابی به بیشترین مقدار از این ماده مؤثره بودند.

مقایسه دو معادله نیتروژن بحرانی در تخمین شاخص تغذیه نیتروژن گیاه ذرت برای منطقه پاکدشت
سابقه و هدف: پایش شاخص تغذیۀ نیتروژن (NNI) در طول فصل رشد میتواند موجب بهبود مدیریت کوددهی شود که در نتیجه آن محیط زیست و منابع آب کمتر صدمه خواهند دید. غلظت نیتروژن بحرانی در گیاهان توسط معادلات نیتروژن بحرانی بدست می-آید. تعیین این معادلات پر هزینه و زمانبر است و به همین دلیل معمولا استفاده از معادلات ارائه شده در سایر مناطق ترجیح داده می-شود. اما نتایج مطالعات انجام شده نشان میدهد که تنوع اقلیم، ارقام گیاه و مدیریت کشاورزی میتوانند باعث تغییر معادلات نیتروژن بحرانی گیاهان در مناطق مختلف شود. لذا بررسی دقت و صحت این معادلات قبل از استفاده در مناطق و شرایط جدید ضروری است. هدف اصلی از این مطالعه صحت سنجی و مقایسه دو معادله نیتروژن بحرانی ارائه شده در فرانسه و چین به منظور تخمین NNI برای کشت ذرت در منطقه پاکدشت است. مواد و روشها: بدین منظور گیاه ذرت (رقم سینگل کراس 704) به مدت یک فصل در مزرعه پردیس ابوریحان بدون تنش رطوبتی کشت شد. تیمارهای آزمایش بر اساس سطوح مختلف نیتروژن، از کم تا زیاد، تعیین و در طول فصل کشت نمونههای گیاهی از این تیمارها برای اندازهگیری وزن ماده خشک (W) و غلظت نیتروژن موجود در گیاه (%N) برداشت شدند. در این مطالعه تیمارها شامل هفت سطح صفر به عنوان شاهد (N0)، 50(N1) ، 100(N2) ، 150 (N3)، 200(N4) ، 250 (N5) و 300 کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار(N6) توسط کود اوره (حاوی 46% نیتروژن) و به صورت طرح بلوکهای کاملا تصادفی و با سه تکرار ایجاد شدند. به منظور صحت سنجی معادلات نیتروژن بحرانی مذکور، از روشی که توسط پلنت و لیمایر (2000) توصیه شده بود استفاده گردید. در ادامه به منظور بررسی تاثیر خطای هر معادله در تخمین NNI، دامنه تغییرات این شاخص در طول فصل کشت و همچنین رابطه آن با عملکرد نسبی دانه بدست آمد و نتایج با یکدیگر مقایسه شدند. یافتهها: به طور کلی نتایج نشاندهنده دقت بالاتر معادله نیتروژن بحرانی ارائه شده در چین نسبت به معادله پیشنهادی در فرانسه برای تعیین نیتروژن بحرانی ذرت در منطقه پاکدشت بود. به طوری که وضعیت نیتروژنی 14 درصد از دادهها توسط معادله پیشنهاد شده در چین به اشتباه بیشتر از حد بحرانی مشخص شده بود در حالی که معادله پیشنهاد شده در فرانسه وضعیت نیتروژن 21 درصد از دادهها را نادرست تعیین کرده بود. همچنین دامنه تغییرات NNI محاسبه شده برای منطقه پاکدشت بر اساس معادله نیتروژن بحرانی ذرت در چین کوچکتر از مقادیر نظیر بر اساس معادله پیشنهادی در فرانسه بود که این خود نشاندهنده سازگاری بیشتر معادله چینی با شرایط کشت ذرت در پاکدشت بود. همچنین با استفاده از هر دو معادله مشخص شد که کدام تیمارها و در چه زمانهایی در طول فصل کشت با کمبود نیتروژن مواجه بودند که نتایج بدست آمده بر اساس معادله نیتروژن بحرانی پیشنهادی در چین منطقی تر بود. در نهایت مشخص شد که چنانچه در طول فصل کشت مقدار NNI محاسبه شده بر اساس هر دو معادله کمتر از 11/1 شود، عملکرد نسبی کاهش خواهد یافت. نتیجه گیری: در حالت کلی نتایج بدست آمده حاکی از آن است که معادله نیتروژن بحرانی پیشنهادی در چین نسبت به معادله نظیر ارائه شده در فرانسه با دقت بهتری میتواند وضعیت نیتروژنی گیاه ذرت منطقه پاکدشت را تعیین کند که یکی از دلایل آن میتواند تشابه بعضی پارامترهای اقلیمی موثر در طول دوره کشت برای دو منطقه دشت شمالی چین و پاکدشت باشد. به همین ترتیب نیز مقادیر NNI محاسبه شده بر اساس این معادله نیز دقت بالاتری داشت. با این وجود، هر دو معادله خطای بیشتری نسبت به منطقهای که در آنجا توسعه یافته بودند داشتند.

اثر تنش مکانیکی باد بر تعدادی از خصوصیات مورفوفیزیولوژیک دو رقم گندم (Triticum aestivum) پابلند و نیمه-پاکوتاه
سابقه و هدف: تنش های مکانیکی از جمله تنش باد می تواند نقش مهمی را در سازگاری و اکوفیزیولوژی گیاهان داشته باشند. بطور کلی کاهش ارتفاع ساقه، کاهش سطح برگ، افزایش قطر ساقه و کاهش وزن تر و خشک معمول ترین عکس العمل گیاهان در برابر تنش های مکانیکی باد می باشند. وزش باد موجب افزایش تنفس و تعرق گیاه، کاهش در محتوی آب گیاه، تغییر ترکیب شیمیایی دیواره سلولی و تغییر در میزان تولید هورمون های گیاهی می شود. علاوه بر این با افزایش شدت تنش باد ممکن است گیاهان دچار خوابیدگی شوند. خوابیدگی مانع از جریان آب و عناصر غذایی موردنیاز گیاه و مانع از جریان مواد حاصل از فتوسنتز به ریشهها یا دانه های درحالتوسعه میشود که در نتیجه آن پر شدن دانهها مختل می شوند. همچنین در نتیجه خوابیدگی مقدار رطوبت نسبی در یک جامعه گیاهی افزایش می یابد که رشد قارچها و گسترش بیماریها از عواقب آن است. گندم گیاهی است که پس از سنبله دهی و سنگین شدن بخش انتهایی ساقه آن به خوابیدگی حساس تر می شود و باد شدید یکی از عوامل ورس در گندم می باشد. لذا اصلاح ارقام گندم به تنش باد یکی از اولویت های ارقام گندم در مناطق بادخیز کشور می باشد. از این رو این آزمایش با این هدف در دو رقم جدید و قدیم گندم انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: با توجه به مطالب ذکر شده، نظر به اهمیت ارزیابی اثرات تنش مکانیکی ناشی از وزش باد بر صفات رشدی و عملکردی گیاه گندم، آزمایشی در سال 1393 در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد، به اجرا درآمد. آزمایش بهصورت فاکتوریل سه عامله در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. فاکتورهای مورد بررسی شامل شدت جریان باد (صفر، 5،10و 15 متر بر ثانیه) و مدت زمان وزش آن (15، 30 و 45 دقیقه) بود که بر روی دو رقم گندم روشن (پابلند و قدیمی) و سیروان (پاکوتاه و جدید) اعمال شدند. گیاهان در شرایط گلخانه رشد داده شدند و برای اعمال تیمارها گلدانها دریک اتاقک مخصوص اعمال تنش مکانیکی باد قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که ارتفاع گیاه، تعداد برگ، اندازه اولین میانگره بعد از اعمال تیمار، وزن خشک گیاه، محتوای نسبی آب برگ و مقدار فتوسنتز بهطورمعنیداری تحت تأثیر عوامل آزمایش قرار گرفتند. با افزایش سرعت وزش باد در هر دو رقم سیروان و روشن از میزان صفات ذکر شده کاسته شد، اما روند کاهش آن در رقم سیروان نسبت به رقم روشن کمتر بود. در هر دو رقم بیشترین مقدار صفات ذکر شده در تیمار شاهد بدون وزش باد مشاهده شد. علاوه بر این با افزایش مدت وزش باد از مقدار صفات ذکر شده کاسته شد، این در حالی بود که این کاهش در ارقام سیروان و روشن با روندی مشابه نداشت و رقم سیروان کمتر تحت تأثیر مدت وزش باد قرار گرفت. با توجه به مشاهدات آزمایشی، میتوان بیان کرد که خوابیدگی ناشی از وزش باد منجر به ایجاد خسارت مکانیکی در گیاه شد که به نظر میرسد با توجه به مقاومت بیشتر رقم سیروان در برابر خوابیدگی تأثیرپذیری این رقم نیز در برابر تنش مکانیکی حاصل از وزش باد نیز کمتر بود و درمجموع پاسخ بهتری را نشان داد. نتیجه گیری: به طورکلی رقم سیروان در مقایسه با رقم روشن، کمتر تحت تاثیر تنش باد قرار گرفت و روند کاهشی مربوط به صفات ذکر شده در رقم سیروان از شدت کمتری برخوردار بود. رقم سیروان نیمه پاکوتاه بوده و در برابر خوابیدگی دارای مقاومت است، به همین دلیل به نظر می رسد در برابر افزایش سرعت و مدت وزش باد کمتر تحت تاثیر قرار گرفت.

بررسی اثر کاربرد براسینواستروئید بر پتانسیل عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد ارقام گلرنگ بهاره (Cartahamus tinctorius L.) تحت رژیم های مختلف آبیاری
سابقه و هدف:گلرنگ سابقه طولانی کشت وکار در جهان دارد و به عنوان یک گیاه مقاوم به تنش شوری و خشکی مطرح است. تنش کمآبی یکی از مشکلات تولید فراوردههای کشاورزی در بسیاری از نقاط دنیا به ویژه مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک است. هدف ازاین مطالعه بررسی اثر تنش کمآبی بر برخی خصوصیات فیزیولوژیک گلرنگ بهاره و انتخاب نوع مناسب ازگلرنگ به شرایط دیم در مناطق سرد، وافزایش تحمل گلرنگ به این شرایط بود. از آنجا که دانه گلرنگ جزء دانه-های روغنی سالم و مرغوب میباشد؛ بنابراین گلرنگ برای این پژوهش انتخاب گردید. و بخاطر اینکه تاکنون در اردبیل، گلرنگ به عنوان یک گیاه دانه روغنی مفید در سطح زراعی وسیع کشت نشده است، تصمیم گرفتیم با اندازه گیری صفات عملکرد در شرایط دیم در این منطقه، و تحت هر دو شرایط مصرف براسینواستروئید و عدم مصرف آن، در صورت مناسب بودن عملکرد و مقرون به صرفه بودن آن به کشاورزان منطقه ترویج کنیم. مواد و روش: این آزمایش در سال 1392 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی به صورت اسپیلت پلات فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. عامل اصلی آبیاری پس از 80، 120 و 160 میلیمتر تبخیر از تشتک کلاس A و عامل فرعی سه رقم گلرنگ بهاره (گلدشت، سینا و فرامان) و تنظیم کننده رشد براسینواستروئید (شاهد (0) و 7- 10مولار) بودند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که تنش خشکی شاخص برداشت، ارتفاع گیاه، عملکرد دانه، عملکرد زیستی و اجزای عملکرد دانه را کاهش داد. در ارتفاع بوته بیشترین سهم به سینا تعلق داشت و چون گلدشت رقمی پاکوتاه است از کمترین ارتفاع بوته برخوردار بود، در فرامان و گلدشت به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین تعداد دانه در کاپیتول و تعداد کاپیتول در بوته بدست آمد، اما در هزاردانه برعکس بود، چون بین تعداد دانه در جذب مواد غذایی رقابت بوجود آمده و رقمی با بیشترین تعداد دانه و کاپیتول از کمترین وزن هزاردانه برخوردار خواهد بود. در عملکرد دانه که حاصل اجزای عملکرد است، سینا و گلدشت در یک دامنه آماری بودند، و فرامان از عملکرد بیشتری برخوردار بود. در عملکرد زیستی فرامان از بیشترین سهم، و گلدشت از کمترین سهم برخوردار بود. اما در شاخص برداشت هر سه رقم در یک دامنه آماری بودند. و در کارایی مصرف آب، سینا کارامدتر از دو رقم دیگر در تنش ملایم و شدید بود. مصرف براسینواستروئید منجر به بهبود ارتفاع، اجزای عملکرد، عملکرد دانه، عملکرد زیستی، شاخص برداشت و کارایی مصرف آب لحظه ای شد. نتیجهگیری: نتیجه تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که تنها در صفت کارایی مصرف آب اثر متقابل آبیاری در رقم معنی دار بود. به این حالت که در شاهد، سینا و گلدشت در یک دامنه آماری بوده و بیشتر از فرامان از کارایی مصرف آب برخوردار بودند. اما در تنش ملایم و شدید به ترتیب، سینا بیشتر از گلدشت و فرامان بود. در بقیه موارد اثرات متقابل معنی دار نشد. بنابراین بر اساس اثرات اصلی، در منطقه سردسیر اردبیل در شرایط دیم و دارای تنش خشکی بین سه رقم کشت شده، رقم فرامان رشد بهتری داشت و از بیشترین تعداد کاپیتول در بوته، دانه در کاپیتول، عملکرد دانه و زیستی برخوردار بود. رقم سینا از بیشترین ارتفاع بوته برخوردار بود و اما گلدشت بیشترین وزن هزار دانه را به خود اختصاص داد. در بین سطوح تنش نیز با افزایش تنش از میزان اجزای عملکرد و عملکرد کاسته میشد. همچنین مصرف براسینواستروئید، منجر به افزایش جذب آب و بهبود رشد گیاه، و در نتیجه بهبود عملکرد دانه و زیستی شد.

تاثیر چند عامل زراعی بر دوره بحرانی کنترل علفهای هرز سویا
سابقه و هدف. دورهی بحرانی کنترل علفهای هرز بعنوان مقطعی از چرخه زندگی گیاه زراعی تعریف میشود که تداخل علفهای هرز در آن منجر به بیشترین کاهش عملکرد میگردد. از عوامل موثر بر این دوره میتوان به تاریخ، رقم مورد کاشت و تراکم گیاهیاشاره کرد. تاریخ کاشت گیاه زراعی بر تداخل با علفهای هرز تاثیرگذاراست. ارقام سویا از نظر قدرت رقابت با یکدیگر متفاوتند که ممکن است مربوط به ویژگیهای رقابتی و یا آللوپاتی آنها باشد. تراکم گیاه زراعی نیز روی جمعیت علفهای هرز خاصیت بازدارندگیدارد. در مورد تاثیر این سه عامل تاکنون در منطقه کار پژوهشی انجام نشده است. مواد و روشها. این مطالعه در دو آزمایش جداگانه در سال 1392 در مزرعهای واقع در شرکت زراعی دشت ناز ساری انجام شد. آزمایش اول به صورت اسپلیت پلات فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل تاریخ کاشت در دو سطح(16 خرداد و4 تیر ماه) به عنوان عامل اصلی و رقم(شامل ارقام 033 و آجیلی) و عامل وجین(با 12 تیمار زمان وجین) بصورت فاکتوریل به عنوان عامل فرعی بودند. آزمایش دوم با آرایش اسپلیت پلات با دو عامل و در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با 24 تیمار و سه تکرار به اجرا درآمد. عامل اول تراکم کاشت سویا در دو سطح(31 و 42 بوته در متر مربع) وعامل دوم شامل انواع مدیریتهای زمانی کنترل و رقابت علف هرز(12 سطح) بود. تیمارها بر اساس مراحل نموی سویا در دو گروه در هر دو آزمایش قرار گرفتند. تیمارهای عامل وجین به دو دسته تداخل علفهای هرز تا مراحل صفر(سبز شدن)،5,3,1 برگی وگلدهی و تیمارهای کنترل علفهایهرز تا مراحل یاد شده تقسیم شد. با در نظر گرفتن تیمار تداخل علفهای هرز تا مرحله صفر به عنوان شاهد بدون علفهرز، این دو دسته از تیمار به ترتیب با توابع لجستیک وگامپرتز برازش داده شد و دوره بحرانی علفهای هرز برای سه عامل تاریخ کاشت، رقم و تراکم تعیین گردید. یافتهها. با احتساب 5 درصد کاهش عملکرد قابل قبول، شروع دوره بحرانی کنترل علفهای هرز برای کاشت زود و دیر سویا به ترتیب 29 و 359 درجه روز، و پایان دوره در 1678 و 1258 درجه روز پس از کاشت برآورد گردید. فرصت زودتر مساعد اعم از آبیاری و کودهی در کاشت زود، به علفهای هرز مهلت بیشتری برای جوانهزنی و رقابت با سویا داده و منجر به طولانیتر شدن این دوره گردید. متوسط تراکم علفهایهرز در طول آزمایش اول 77 بوته در متر مربع و علفهای هرز غالب، گاو پنبه، تاج ریزی وتاج خروس بودند. شروع دوره بحرانی برای هر دو رقم یکسان، ولی مدت دوره برای رقم آجیلی طولانیتر بود. رقم 033 به علت سرعت رشد بیشتر و قابلیت بستن زودتر کانوپی گیاهی، دوره بحرانی کنترل علفهای هرز کوتاهتری داشت. با افزایش تراکم سویا محدودهای برایدوره بحرانی کنترلعلفهای هرز برآورد نگردید. این موضوع از طریق کاهش تراکم علفهای هرز بخصوص تاج خروس که بذور آن جهت جوانهزنی به نور محتاج است توجیه شد. نتیجهگیری. اختلاف در دوره بحرانی به علت تاریخ کاشت ضرورت توجه بیشتر به تاثیر فاکتورهای محیطی موثر بر رقابت را در شرایط محدودیت منابع روشن نمود. تاریخ کاشت زود نیاز به کنترل شدیدتر علفهای هرز را میطلبد. در این مطالعه مشخص شد کاشت دیرتر سویا با تراکم بیشتر و استفاده از رقم 033 ضمن کاهش استفاده از علف کش، ریسک آسیب به محصول در سال بعد را کم میکند.

اثر دما در مرحله پر شدن دانه بر برخی صفات کیفی دانه برنج در شرایط اقلیمی مازندران
سابقه و هدف: کیفیت دانه برنج یکی از عوامل مهم در قیمتگذاری و بازارپسندی آن توسط مصرفکنندگان محسوب میشود. توسعه و تولید ارقام با کیفیت بالا یکی از اهداف مهم در برنامههای اصلاحی است. کیفیت دانه برنج علاوه بر عوامل ژنتیکی به شدت تحت تأثیر عوامل محیطی از قبیل دما میباشد. اما تا به امروز مطالعات اندکی در مورد کمّیسازی اثر دما بر کیفیت دانه برنج ارقام بومی در کشور اجرا شده است. بنابراین، این آزمایش با هدف بررسی تأثیر اقلیمهای متفاوت محلی بر برخی صفات کیفی دانه دو رقم بومی و اصلاحشده برنج (’طارم هاشمی‘ و ’شیرودی‘) و کمّیسازی روابط بین صفات کیفی با میانگین دمای هوا در طول دوره زایشی (از مرحله 50 درصد گلدهی تا رسیدگی برداشت) در سه منطقه شامل شهرستانهای آمل، بابلسر و پلسفید از استان مازندران اجرا شد. مواد و روشها: سه آزمایش به طور مجزا در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار در سه منطقه شامل بابلسر (با ارتفاع 21 متر پایینتر از سطح آبهای آزاد)، آمل (با ارتفاع 24 متر بالاتر از سطح آبهای آزاد) و پلسفید (با ارتفاع 625 متر بالاتر از سطح آبهای آزاد) در سال 1393 بر روی دو رقم ’طارم هاشمی‘ و ’شیرودی‘ اجرا گردید. عملیات کاشت، داشت و برداشت در هر یک از مناطق مطابق با عرف همان منطقه و در شرایط مطلوب مدیریتی انجام شد. همچنین، کلیه صفات کیفی برنج سه ماه بعد از برداشت در آزمایشگاه کیفیت بذر معاونت موسسه تحقیقات برنج کشور در مازندران (آمل) اندازهگیری گردید. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که اثر اقلیمهای متفاوت محلی بر برخی از صفات همچون درصد آمیلوز، درصد پروتئین، دمای ژلاتینه شدن، قوام ژل و طول و عرض دانه بعد از پخت به طور آماری در سطح احتمال یک درصد معنیدار گردید. دانه برنج تولید شده در مزارع پلسفید از نظر کلیه صفات کیفی اندازهگیری شده نسبت به مزارع آمل و بابلسر از کیفیت بالاتری برخوردار بودند که علت آن را میتوان به وقوع میانگین دمای هوا پایینتر در طول مرحله زایشی برنج بهویژه مرحله پر شدن دانه در این منطقه نسبت داد. یک معادله خطی توانست تا به خوبی تغییرات صفات مورد مطالعه را در مقابل دما هوا توصیف کند. بهطور کلی، به ازای افزایش هر یک درجه سانتیگراد در میانگین دمای هوا در ارقام ’طارم هاشمی‘ و ’شیرودی‘ صفات کیفی مانند درصد آمیلوز دانه (بهترتیب 9/1 و 9/0 درصد)، طول دانه بعد از پخت (بهترتیب 33/0 و 14/0 میلیمتر)، نسبت طویل شدن دانه (بهترتیب 05/0 و 04/0) و دمای ژلاتینه شدن (بهترتیب 98/0 و 47/0 درجه سانتیگراد) کاهش یافت. در مقابل، درصد پروتئین (بهترتیب 8/0 و 4/0 درصد)، عرض دانه بعد از پخت (بهترتیب 06/0 و 08/0 میلیمتر) و قوام ژل (بهترتیب 2/15 و 2/5 میلیمتر) افرایش نشان دادند. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس یافتههای این مطالعه به سادگی میتوان تغییرات کیفیت دانه برنج در واکنش به دما را در هر دو رقم ’طارم هاشمی‘ و ’شیرودی‘ تحت شرایط اقلیمهای متفاوت محلی مازندران کمّیسازی کرد.

فعالیتهای بهبود دهنده قارچ میکوریزا در بوته های توتون در مواجهه با افزایش غلظت کلر در آب آبیاری
سابق و هدف: مقادیر بیش از حد کلر در برگ توتون، میزان سوزش را کاهش میدهد و باعث عوارض جانبی خاصی مانند افزایش رطوبت، تیرگی، رنگهای ناهمگون و بوی نامطلوب در برگ میشود. قارچ آربوسکولار میکوریزا با ریشههای بیش از 80 درصد از گونههای خشکیزی از جمله گیاهان نمک دوست، آب دوست و خشکی پسند در ارتباط است. نقش قارچ میکوریزا برای ارتقا رشد گیاه و تحمل به شوری ثابت شده است. قارچ میکوریزا مقاومت در برابر شوری را با استفاده از مکانیسمهای مختلف افزایش میدهند. تا به امروز، هیچ اطلاعاتی در مورد تعامل بین قارچهای میکوریزا و توتون در مواجه با غلظتهای بالای کلر در آب آبیاری و عکسالعمل بوتههای توتون در دسترس نیست. مواد وروشها: این آزمایش در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه پیامنور گرگان استان گلستان در طول مدت دو سال زراعی (1392-1391) انجام شد. آزمایش بصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در 4 تکرار اجرا شد، فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل 1- قارچ میکوریزا Rhizophagus irregularis در دو سطح (با قارچ، AM+ و بدون قارچ، AM-) و 2- غلظت کلرید در آب آبیاری در چهار سطح (10، 40، 70 و 100 میلیگرم کلر در لیتر؛ (C1-C4، منبع کلر مورد استفاده کلرید کلسیم بود و غلظت 10 میلیگرم کلر در لیتر، فاقد عوارض جانبی روی توتون است لذا این غلظت از کلر به عنوان شاهد انتخاب شد. رقم توتون ویرجینیایی انتخابی در این مطالعه K-326 بود. یافتهها: بوتههای توتون میکوریزایی بطور قابل توجهی جذب بالاتر عناصر غذایی در برگ و تعداد برگ، بدون در نظر گرفتن شدت تنش کلرید داشتند. عملکرد برگ بوتههای AM+ بالاتر از گیاهان AM-، تحت شرایط تنش کلر C2-C4 بود. محتوای کلر برگ با افزایش غلظت کلر آب آبیاری به شکل خطی افزایش مییابد، در حالی که گیاهان AM+ محتوای کلر کمتری را نشان دادند. محتوای نیکوتین برگهای تولید شده توسط بوتههای توتون AM+ نسبت به گیاهان AM-، بطور قابل توجهی بالاتر بودند. آنزیمهای آنتی اکسیدان مانند سوپراکسید دسموتاز، کاتالاز، آسکوربات پراکسیداز و گلوتاتیون ردوکتاز بعلاوه آنتی اکسیدانهای غیر آنزیمی شامل اسید آسکوربیک و گلوتاتیون، تغییرات زیادی را با تیمار کلرید به نمایش گذاشتهاند. تنش کلر باعث کاهش در سطوح داخلی هورمون رشد و افزایش اسید آبسزیک گردید. بوتههای تلقیح شده با قارچ (AM+) سطوح بالاتری از هورمون رشد را حفظ نمودند و همچنین تاثیر منفی کلرید را تا حدی تعدیل کردند. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده غلظت قابل قبول کلر در برگ توتون ویرجینیا باید کمتر از 1٪ باشد. برگهای با غلظت بالاتر کلر از کیفیت پایینتر همراه با کاهش میزان سوزش، برخوردارند. بر اساس نتایج بالا بهتر است از آب آبیاری با غلظت کلر زیر 25 میلی گرم در لیتر استفاده شود زیرا در این سطح، غلظت کلر در برگ حدود 1٪ باقی میماند. اما از سوی دیگر، سطح کلر 40 میلیگرم در لیتر در آب آبیاری در زمان تلقیح توتون با قارچ میکوریزا میتواند به عنوان حد آستانه بالاتر در نظر گرفته شود. در چنین غلظتهای بالایی استفاده از قارچ میکوریزا توصیه میشود، زیرا غلظت کلر برگ را در حدود سطح قابل قبول نگه میدارد.

مقایسه عملکرد گندم در سامانههای زراعی تحت مدیریت رایج و پیشرفته با استفاده از GIS
سابقه و هدف: بررسی عملکرد و دلایل تفاوت عملکرد در سامانههای زراعی میتواند به یافتن راهکارهایی منجر شود که با استفاده از آنها میتوان تولید را در مقیاس کلان منطقهای افزایش داد. یکی از وظایف مهم علم زراعت تعیین عوامل محیطی و زراعی محدودکننده عملکرد در یک ناحیه معین است. هیچ روش کاملی برای این منظور وجود ندارد، زیرا ناهمگونی و اثرات متقابل زیادی در محیط و مدیریت زراعی وجود دارد که اجازه تجزیه و تحلیل آماری کامل را میسر نمیسازد. یکی از روشهایی که میتوان از آن برای تجزیه و تحلیل عوامل محدودکننده عملکرد استفاده کرد، اولویتبندی این عوامل از طریق رتبهبندی است. مهمترین هدف از انجام این تحقیق، پیدا کردن راهکارهای مدیریتی مناسب و توصیه آن جهت افزایش عملکرد گندم در سامانههای زراعی ناکارامد بود. بهاین منظور عملکرد گندم در سامانههای زراعی رایج و پیشرفته مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت تا اختلافات مدیریتی در این سامانهها مشخص شود. از آنجا که اختلاف در عملکرد میتواند دلیلی جز اختلاف در مدیریت مزارع نیز داشته باشد، وضعیت این سامانهها از دیدگاه شاخصهای توپوگرافی، اقلیمی، خاکی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی نیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مواد و روش: جهت بهبود عملکرد گیاهان زراعی میتوان عملیات مختلف زراعی را بهینه نمود. این پژوهش در سال زراعی 92-1391 بهمنظور مقایسه عملکرد گندم در سامانههای زراعی رایج و پیشرفته با استفاده از GIS در بخشی از اراضی زراعی استان گلستان، در 68 مزرعه در ده منطقه روستایی (مزارع رایج) و 10 مزرعه از مزارع شرکت سهامی مزرعه نمونه استان گلستان (مزارع پیشرفته) انجام شد. بهمنظور بررسی شرایط اقلیمی و توپوگرافی محدوده مورد مطالعه از اطلاعات بلندمدت 51 ایستگاه هواشناسی همدیدی و بارانسنجی استان گلستان و 32 ایستگاه همدیدی استانهای گلستان، مازندران، سمنان و خراسان شمالی و مدل رقومی ارتفاعی زمین (DEM) استان با دقت 20 متر استفاده شد. اطلاعات مربوط به مدیریت مزارع و وضعیت اجتماعی زارعین، از طریق مصاحبه شخصی و تکمیل پرسشنامه، جمع-آوری شد. یافتهها و نتیجهگیری: نتایج تجزیه واریانس اطلاعات مزارع نشانداد که رابطه آبیاری، دفعات استفاده از کود نیتروژن سرک، استفاده از ریزمغذّیها، ماشینآلات کاشت، رقم زراعی، مدیریت بقایا، استفاده از قارچکش، تناوب تابستانه و پاییزه سال قبل، دانش کشاورزی و تاریخ کاشت با عملکرد معنیدار بود. همچنین، نتایج تجزیه رگرسیون نشانداد که از بین پارامترهای کمّی مورد بررسی مقدار کود نیتروژن در سرک دوم و سطح زیر کشت مهمترین فاکتورهای تعیین کننده تولید عملکرد گندم بودند. نتایج کلی بررسی شاخصهای محیطی مورد مطالعه نشانداد که کیفیت این عوامل در مزارع رایج مطلوبتر از مزارع پیشرفته بود، درحالیکه عملکرد در مزارع پیشرفته بیشتر از مزارع رایج بود. بر اساس نتایج بهدست آمده مدیریت مزرعه مهمترین عامل در تولید گندم بوده و در مزارع رایج میتوان با مدیریت بهتر به عملکرد بالاتری دست یافت. بنابراین در مزارعی که کیفیت محیطی مطلوبی دارند، اما مدیریت زراعی در آنها ضعیف است، این امید وجود دارد که بتوان عملکرد در واحد سطح را افزایش داد. در این راستا، بهبود مدیریت زراعی در مزارع رایج میتواند در برنامههای بلندمدت مد نظر قرار گیرد.
