For this purpose, intact tubers, exposed tubers to released Ethylene and sliced tubers were examined in respect to germination characters, bud length, starch, anthocyanin and chlorophyll contents and amylase activity. Relative amount of antocyanin was measured in buds and the area just below it. Results indicated that treatments had significant effects on all studied characters, except for mean bud number in 1% of probability level. Mean comparisons revealed that sliced tubers obtained higher values of studied characters, except for chlorophyll a content. The highest value for chlorophyll a content belonged to exposed tubers by Ethylen (released by banana), but differences were not significant. The highest bud length was seen in sliced tubers, but difference with ethylene treatment was not significant. The differences between sliced tubers with other treatments in respect to chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a+ chlorophyll b contents were significant. Results revealed that cutting the tubers is the best treatment to stimulate and accelerate bud germination in potato tubers. Cutting the whole or part of tubers can be adviceable as a proper management even in well-size tubers to stimulate and promote bud germination in potato. Also, Ethylen releasing fruits such as banana and apple which are readily accessable and available for farmers, can use as second approach to achieve bud germination stimulation.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {بررسی تاثیر برش غده و تیمار با اتیلن بر تعداد و طول جوانه‏ها و تغییرات میزان آنتوسیانین، آمیلاز و محتوای کلروفیلی غده‏های سیب‏زمینی}, abstract_fa = {در این بررسی تأثیر سه تیمار شاهد (غده دست نخورده)، غده برش خورده و غده‏های در معرض اتیلن بر جوانه‏زنی، طول جوانه‏های رشد یافته، محتوای نشاسته، فعالیت آمیلاز، محتوای کلروفیل‏ها و همچنین مقدار نسبی آنتوسیانین موجود در جوانه و بخشی از غده که در ناحیه زیر جوانه قرار گرفته، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که اختلاف بین تیمارهای اعمال شده (شاهد، برش و تیمار با اتیلن) روی تمام صفات مورد مطالعه به جز میانگین تعداد جوانه در سطح احتمال 1 درصد معنی‏دار بود. مقایسه میانگین صفات مورد بررسی نشان داد که تیمار برش خورده در تمامی صفات به جز غلظت کلروفیل a، برتر از شاهد و تیمار اتیلن بود. از طرف دیگر بیشترین میانگین غلظت کلروفیل a به تیمار اتیلن ناشی از موز اختصاص داشت. با وجود اختلاف در میانگین تعداد جوانه، در تیمارهای اعمال‏شده (با تولید بیشترین جوانه در تیمار برش خورده) این اختلاف معنی‏دار نبود. بیشترین طول جوانه به تیمار برش خورده اختصاص داشت، اما اختلاف آن با تیمار اتیلن معنی‏دار نشد. در مورد غلظت کلروفیل b، مجموع دو کلروفیل a و b، و غلظت آنتوسیانین اختلاف تیمار برش خورده با دو تیمار شاهد و تیمار با موز معنی‏دار بود.نتایج نشان داد که بهترین تیمار جهت تسریع در بیدار نمودن و شروع جوانه‏زنی غده‏های سیب‏زمینی، برش‏دادن غده‏ها می‏باشد. در حالت‏ معمول غده‏های مناسب کشت، بدون برش‏دادن کشت می‏شوند. توصیه می‏شود که برای حصول عملکرد بهتر، تیمار برش روی این غده‏هاو یا بخشی از آن‏ها نیز اعمال گردد تا ضمن تحریک جوانه‏زنی، سرعت جوانه‏زنی آن‏ها نیز افزایش یابد. استفاده از میوه‏های آزادکننده اتیلن نظیر موز یا سیب می‏تواند به‌عنوان گزینه بعدی برای تحریک جوانه‏زنی غده‏های سیب‏زمینی مطرح باشد.}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://ejcp.gau.ac.ir/article_451.html}, eprint = {https://ejcp.gau.ac.ir/article_451_803c422cbe709a861d63af0c0876d065.pdf} }
