Treatments were arranged on split plot based on randomized complete block with three replications. The irrigation treatments were full irrigation, deficit irrigation by withholding irrigation at heading, flowering, seed filling, at heading and seed filling and at flowering and seed filling stages. The results indicated that the highest protein percent was obtained from deficit irrigation treatments at seed filling period (23.2%). The highest oil percent (40.9%) was obtained from full irrigation treatment same with deficit irrigation at heading stage (40.6%). The lowest protein (22.2%) and oil (38.5%) were obtained from full irrigation and water deficit at flowering and grain filling, respectively. The highest protein (23.8%) and oil (41.8%) were observed at Euroflor. The highest seed yield (4805 kg ha-1) was obtained from all cultivars at full irrigation and Euroflor at water deficit on seed filling stage. Full irrigation (1985.8 kg ha-1) and Euroflor cv. (1707.9 kg ha-1) have the highest oil yield. Deficit irrigation treatments at seed filling period have the highest oleic acid to linoleic acid ratio. Euroflor cv. had the highest oleic acid content (44.4%) and oleic to linoleic acid ratio (0.98) and had the lowest linoleic acid content (45.1%) and saturated fatty acids (10.5%). At all deficit irrigation at seed filling period produced the highest oil quality. The highest seed protein and oil percent and oil yield and quality belonged to Euroflor.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {تغییرات محتوای پروتئین، روغن و ترکیب اسیدهای چرب دانة چهار رقم آفتابگردان در شرایط مختلف آبیاری}, abstract_fa = {پژوهش حاضر به¬منظور بررسی اثر آبیاری بر پروتئین، روغن و اسیدهای چرب در آفتابگردان، به‌صورت کرت¬های خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوک¬های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعة پژوهشی دانشگاه بوعلی‌سینا در سال 1386 انجام شد. آبیاری در کرت¬های اصلی شامل شش سطح آبیاری کامل (شاهد)، کم¬آبیاری با عدم آبیاری در مرحلة غنچه¬دهی، گلدهی، دانه¬بندی و مراحل غنچه¬دهی و دانه‌بندی همچنین گلدهی و دانه¬بندی بود. از چهار رقم آفتابگردان شامل آذرگل، آلستار، آلیسون و یوروفلور در کرت¬های فرعی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین درصد پروتئین از تیمارهای دارای کم¬آبیاری در دورة تشکیل دانه (2/23 درصد) به‌دست آمد. بیشترین درصد روغن در آبیاری کامل (9/40 درصد) حاصل شد که ازنظر آماری با درصد روغن در تیمار کم¬آبیاری در مرحلة غنچه‌دهی (6/40 درصد) یکسان بود. کمترین درصد پروتئین (2/22 درصد) و روغن (5/38 درصد) نیز به‌ترتیب مربوط به تیمارهای آبیاری کامل و کم¬آبیاری در مراحل گلدهی و دانه¬بندی بود. رقم یوروفلور، درصد پروتئین (8/23 درصد) و روغن (8/41 درصد) بیشتری داشت. بیشترین عملکرد دانه از همة ارقام با آبیاری کامل و رقم یوروفلور با کم¬آبیاری در مرحلة دانه¬بندی (4805 کیلوگرم در هکتار) به¬دست آمد. بیشترین عملکرد روغن متعلق به تیمارهای آبیاری کامل (1986 کیلوگرم درهکتار) و رقم یوروفلور (9/1707 کیلوگرم در هکتار) بود. تیمارهای دارای کم¬آبیاری در دورة تشگیل دانه دارای اولئیک اسید بیشتری نسبت به لینولئیک اسید بودند. رقم یوروفلور بیشترین اولئیک اسید (4/44 درصد) و نسبت اولئیک اسید به لینولئیک اسید (98/0) و همچنین کمترین لینولئیک اسید (1/45 درصد) و اسیدهای چرب اشباع (5/10 درصد) را داشت. در مجموع، کم¬آبیاری در مرحلة دانه‌بندی، بالاترین کیفیت روغن را تولید کرد. رقم یوروفلور ضمن داشتن درصد پروتئین، درصد روغن و عملکرد روغن زیاد از کیفیت روغن بیشتری برخوردار بود.}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://ejcp.gau.ac.ir/article_283.html}, eprint = {https://ejcp.gau.ac.ir/article_283_84831575e719002bdfa3c7b3cc1d687f.pdf} }
